The course was held for three days and two nights at Cempaka Beach Resort Kuantan involving a total of 20 Orang Asli of the Batek Tribe from the Lipis district. Participants who attended were given exposure to basic matters in Islam. Participants are given modules developed specifically for indigenous communities.
This program is organized to give exposure to the children of the residents about the procedures and pillars of praying and to foster awareness that praying is an obligation for every Muslim.
This program is one of the approaches in trying to track and help people in need such as the elderly, single mothers, homeless patients and disabled people (OKU).
Infaq MUIP is an initiative by the Pahang Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MUIP) that encourages infaq contributions to support the community. Through this program, donations are directed toward education, mosque and prayer hall development, and assistance for those in need. Infaq MUIP aims to build a caring society and ensure contributions make a positive impact across Pahang.
